One of the main activities of our companyis the IT services. Working with clients in a solid maintenance contract ensures high quality of the work of its IT systems. Service Agreement provides, among others Fast response time to emergencies and regular diagnostic hardware and software. The fixed, with clients intervals we review the computers, printers and other computer equipment, carry out regular tests of antivirus software.

Service contracts are paid on a monthly basis in the form of a lump sum for a fixed, together with the client, the number of hours and for an additional hour in excess of the limit or for specific activities. Ad hoc services are paid once for the service. We really affordable prices and we are very flexible in negotiating the terms of cooperation.

We also provide ad hoc services - many companies do not need continuous support or supervision.

The scope of activities covered by the care information technology is tailored to individual needs, and the most common activities include:

  • administration of servers, computer networks, workstations and peripherals, supervising their trouble-free operation;
  • advice on the purchase of new hardware and software;
  • repair and upgrading of computer hardware, consulting opportunities and viability of upgrading;

  • periodic maintenance of computers and peripherals.

For some customers, as part of the agreement, we also support a range of web services: Updates pages, minor modifications, etc.
